Dhiraagu is pleased to announce that effective 30 May 2003, the validity of DhiMobile Pre-Paid recharge vouchers will not automatically expire when a Pre-Paid account is suspended due to the account balance falling below the minimum amount of Rf3.50.
Currently when a customer recharges his Pre-Paid account after it has been suspended, any remaining value in his account is carried forward, but the validity period of the new balance is counted from the date of the new recharge. With this change, both the remaining value in the account and any remaining days from the previous recharge will be carried forward when the account is recharged.
Dhiraagu CEO, Ismail Waheed said, "This change, which will positively affect all DhiMobile Pre-Paid customers, is one of a series of initiatives we have planned for this year to make the service more affordable to our customers."
