Dhiraagu is pleased to advise all our customers that DhiMobile Post-Paid tariffs will be reduced effective 0000hrs on 5 August 2004.

Customers do not have to apply to Dhiraagu to benefit from the reduced tariffs. Effective tomorrow, Post-Paid package customers will automatically receive the extra free minutes applicable for their package, in full.

For customers using the Basic Service (those who are not on any package), the monthly fee for the remaining days of the billing month will be pro-rated at the reduced rate of Rf100 per month.

Since the monthly fee is charged in advance at the beginning of each billing month, Dhiraagu will give a refund for the days customers have been already billed at the previous rate. The refund amount will be credited to their next mobile bill. DhiMobile Post-Paid tariffs after the reduction will be as follows:

Calls to 110 will be charged at Rf 1.50 per call, at all times. All other aspects of the packages remain as before.
