Dhiraagu will be bringing the following changes to some of its services from 1 January 2012, as outlined below.
Changes have been brought to the number of free SMSs received during each recharge or reload by prepaid customers. The number of free SMSs received will now vary between 0-50 compared to the previously received 0-20 SMSs.
Customers recharging with higher denominations will now receive more free SMSs than they did before and this provides a saving option for more SMS users.
Additionally, for post paid customers, calls to free numbers will be subject to a fair use allowance between 1000 – 5000 free minutes per month depending on the subscribed package. The fair use allowance will enable Dhiraagu to improve the service experience for all our customers.
