Dhiraagu is pleased to announce that customers can now apply for the following DhiMobile Value Added Services (VAS) using Short Message Service (SMS).
• CallerID
• Voice Mail
• FaxMail
• Conference Call
To apply for these services, customers can simply send an SMS to 444 with a Keyword and their National ID card number. For example, to apply for CallerID service, the SMS should state "Provide CallerID AXXXXXX" where AXXXXXX is the customer's ID card number. To cancel a service customers will still have to submit a completed application form to Dhiraagu.
As the registered owner of the line is responsible for all calls and messages made from his or her mobile, Dhiraagu will treat the SMS as a genuine request from the customer and provide the requested service as soon as possible.
Dhiraagu CEO, Ismail Waheed said, "From today, customers no longer have to visit Dhiraagu or fill an application form to apply for these services. They can do it conveniently anytime from anywhere within the mobile coverage area. This is an example of our commitment to use modern technology to enhance the lives of our customers."
