Dhiraagu announces today that effective 01 January 2002, it is launching a single number - 123 - for its new Customer Services Centre.
Customers can call in to this free service, available 24 hours everyday, to obtain information and advice on products and services, for billing enquiries, to report a fault or to log a complaint.
We always welcome feedback from our customers and we hope that having a single number to call would make it easier for our customers to call us with their suggestions and complaints. We will assign a reference number to every query we receive and customers may quote this number when following up on their queries.
Therefore, the new contact numbers will be as follows:

Dhiraagu CEO, Keith Wilson said, "Feedback received during our 3 year vision workshops pointed towards the need to have a one stop number and this is exactly what 123 is all about. The introduction of a single number for Customers to contact Dhiraagu with their queries and feedback and integrating this into other communication channels such as email and facsimile is aimed at making life easier for our customers - things are now as simple as 123."
Customers with any queries can call 123 FREE (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or email
