Dhiraagu is pleased to announce DhiMobile Pre-Paid customers have exceeded 1,000 in only two days, since the 29 September launch.
Pre-Paid is available from Male Customer Front Office annex, Dhiraagu Eydhafushi Operations Center and from Pre-Paid agents in inhabited islands within the mobile coverage at a cost of only Rf500 which includes SIM card, User Guide and a Rf100 call voucher.
Dhiraagu staff are visiting all resort islands and major inhabited islands within the GSM coverage area to advise customers and sell Pre-paid kits and mobile handsets.
Pre-Paid customers are currently offered Voice Mail, Call Waiting, and Call Hold FREE.
Any customers experiencing difficulty using the Pre-Paid service should check their user guide first and then call 177 Free, during normal working hours.
