We would like to inform our customers that a major upgrade work on Dhiraagu fixed broadband platform is planned for 8 August 2014 from 00:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs. During this period, Dhiraagu ADSL and VDSL customers will experience a brief interruption of internet service.

After the completion of this work existing ADSL usage portal will be replaced by an enhanced portal enriched with additional features. Furthermore, fixed broadband customers will be billed based on prorated basis.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
