Dhiraagu wishes to inform Prepaid Mobile Customers to update their ownership records. Records show that information of some of Dhiraagu mobile prepaid accounts are still not fully complete.
Therefore to update registry of these prepaid mobile phone accounts, customers’ whose registration is not complete may hand in new registration application forms to any Dhiraagu front office by the 15th of July 2008.
With reference to the announcement 13/2008 made by Telecommunications authority of Maldives; states to disconnect all mobile numbers in our registry without complete ownership information record effective from 20th July 2008.
After disconnection such numbers will only be reconnected once full detailed information of the original owner has been submitted to Dhiraagu. Hence, we kindly remind all Dhiraagu customers to submit complete information early to complete the registration process.
