Further to the announcement issued yesterday on the Business Support System upgrade work, we would like to keep our customers informed that a major part of the work has been successfully completed.
The following support services are now fully restored and customers can continue using the services:
• Reload and Recharge
• Mobile add-ons and package change
• MyAccount service and Dhiraagu App
• Mamen App
• New connections and bill payments via Dhiraagu Customer Service Centers and Partnerships
• Mobile Number Portability
The Business Support System upgrade work will continue in different phases over the next few months and we would like to assure our customers that every effort will be put in place to minimize the service impact. The aim of this upgrade work is to enhance the services and provide our customers with a superior experience.
We thank our customers for their patience and support while we carry forward this technically complex project.
