    Stopping paper bills to residential customers
    With reference to our previous communication on stopping paper bills to residential customers from 1st January 2014, we would like to notify that we have now extended this date to 1st April 2014. This is to allow more time for customers to register to alternative means which we have set up for accessing their bills.

    These include;
    • Viewing and downloading bill via MyAccount at www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs
    • Receiving bill via E-mail

    We encourage our customers to register for the online services via MyAccount at www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs. MyAccount is accessible through the desktop or via mobile phone, and customers can easily view, download bills and manage their accounts online. In addition to this, customers have the option to apply for Email Bill service and receive monthly bills via Email.

    Should some customers still prefer to receive paper bills after 1st April 2014, they may apply for the service and Dhiraagu will make the necessary arrangements to make printed bills available for those customers.

    However, we trust that our customers will opt for paperless billing, which is not only more convenient but contribute to support the environment as well. We also take this opportunity to thank all those customers who have already registered to online and Email Bill service.
