The majority of our residential customer are already using MyAccount, Dhiraagu mobile app and E-bill service for viewing their bills.
We encourage all our customers to register for the online service via MyAccount at
www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs. MyAccount is accessible through desktop or mobile device and customers can easily view, download bills and manage their accounts online. In addition to this, customers have the option to apply for e-Bill service and receive monthly bills to their email. There will be no additional charge for these services.
