Further to the announcement issued dated 25th and 27th August 2009 regarding the series of distributed denial-of-service attacks (DDoS) made on Dhiraagu Internet Network and Web Servers, we would like to inform customers that we are continuing to see attempts of DDoS attacks on our network.

As a result, our customers using Internet services may experience slow browsing and difficulties in accessing some websites hosted with Dhiraagu during these instances.

To alleviate the problem, we have taken several corrective measures and are proactively responding to DDoS attacks from perpetrators targeting Dhiraagu to ensure customers are least affected.

We wish to assure our customers that we are undertaking all necessary measures to restore normal service levels and we will continue to update on any developments.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
