During this time, we do not expect any service interruptions on calling, using internet and fixed line services. However, some support services will be interrupted as detailed below:

• Self-care channels, such as *123#, Dhiraagu Mobile App and MyAccount on Dhiraagu Website

• Prepaid Reloads and Recharges

• Online Payments

• SMS Notifications

• Bulk Orders

• Order processing for Dhiraagu Mobile and Fixed Line services
