A planned major repair work on Dhiraagu domestic submarine cable link between Alif Dhaalu and Laamu Atoll is scheduled to take place from 10th – 14th December 2016. Submarine cable repair ship ‘ASEAN Restorer’ has arrived today in Maldives and will travel to Laamu Atoll to prepare for the cable repair work.

Customers in the following regions using our services may experience degradation of service during the repair period.
•  Thaa Atoll
•  Laamu Atoll
•  Gaaf Alif Atoll
•  Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll
•  Fuahmullah Atoll
•  Seenu Atoll

We have taken measures to minimize the impact using diversity routes. Customers in these regions will be able to use mobile services as usual.
