Dhiraagu is committed to providing a high degree of service to its customers, but in some cases this is difficult to achieve, as changes to customer's billing address and ownership details are not always communicated to Dhiraagu.
Dhiraagu is committed to providing a high degree of service to its customers, but in some cases this is difficult to achieve, as changes to customer's billing address and ownership details are not always communicated to Dhiraagu. This can have serious implications, for example:
• Any requests relating to the services provided to customers (e.g. relocation, billing inquiries & application for additional services) can only be accepted by Dhiraagu if they are made by the registered owner.
• It is the registered owner (and not the individual using the service or paying the bills), who will bear the consequences of any credit control or legal action that may be taken regarding non-payment, fraud or abuse of the services provided.
• Bills will be delivered to the billing address as stated in the Application Form, which may no longer be the right address; however, non-receipt of bills is not a valid reason for non-payment.
To encourage customers to update their ownership information, Dhiraagu is pleased to offer FREE ownership change from 27 May to 30 June 2002.
As done in the past, changes to the billing address are provided FREE to all customers. In addition, customers who do not want to receive printed bills can request for the same and use the FREE Bill Balance Enquiry Service to assist in making payments.
