    All customers are advised that effective 1 February 2001 a standard charge of Rf1.00 per call will apply for calls made to the Online Bill Inquiry Service 131.

    Dhiraagu introduced the Online Bill Inquiry service on 1 October 2000, which allows customers to obtain the outstanding Rf balance of their latest telephone account.

    To use this service, customers simply dial 131, from any telephone with tone dialing, enter their Account Number and a 4 digit security PIN code when prompted, and the outstanding balance is provided. Those customers dialing the service from a mobile, are required to enter an additional "#" character, after the Account Number. Unfortunately the service is not available from Card phones.
