    Online Bill Balance Enquiry
    Dhiraagu is pleased to announce that effective 10 January 2002, calls to the online bill balance enquiry number 131 will be FREE to all fixed line and DhiMobile post paid customers.

    Customers wishing to utilise this service would require a personal identification number (PIN) to access the account. PIN is provided on written request only.

    Facility to check account balance is already available as a FREE service to all our DhiMobile Pre-Paid customers.
