The massive earthquake off the coast of Japan and the resulting tsunami has caused malfunctions to some Asia-Pacific submarine cables and we regret to advise our customers that this may have some noticeable effect to internet usage.

According to confirmed reports customers of other Internet service providers are experiencing similar interruptions.

We are investigating the matter and will keep our customers updated on further developments in this regard. We also assure that we are continuously working to minimize disruptions and to maintain our quality of service.
