Dhiraagu wishes to advise all our DhiMobile Post-Paid customers that due to major configuration changes to the mobile billing system required to implement the Post-Paid tariff reductions Mobile e-Bill, Online Bill Enquiry (131) and SMS Bill Enquiry services will be interrupted from 0000hrs on Thursday, 5 August 2004 to 0800hrs on Sunday, 8 August 2004.
In addition, Post-Paid deposit customers who reach their deposit limit during this time will not be automatically disconnected; instead, their service will be disconnected once the billing system is fully back to normal on Sunday morning.
Dhiraagu assures our customers that calls made by DhiMobile Post-Paid customers will continue to be billed correctly during this time.
