Further to the Public Announcement issued on 3rd March, regarding instability of traffic on international route SMW4 cable that carries some traffic to Maldives, we would like to keep our customers informed that the internet traffic on these routes are now back to normal from 0140 hrs today.

This happened due to SMW4 cable cut in Egypt, near Alexandria and the cable operator has informed that the cable has been repaired and service fully restored.
