Dhiraagu would like to remind all customers that DhiMobile Pre-Paid accounts inactive for 6 months would be automatically cancelled. As indicated in the Pre-Paid User Guide, the account is considered to be inactive when:
• The account has not been recharged for 6 months after the expiry of the recharge voucher
• The account remains suspended (due to account balance being less than Rf3.50) for 6 months.
When a Pre-Paid account is cancelled the customer would need to buy a new Connection Kit to re-apply for the service. It will also not be possible to retain the previous mobile phone number as every Connection Kit comes with a unique number.
Dhiraagu would like to remind customers that DhiMobile Pre-Paid Accounts can be re-charged at any time by calling 151 FREE and using Pre-Paid Vouchers available conveniently from Dhiraagu and many retail outlets throughout the country.
