Important notice regarding DhiraaguTV service
ދިރާގު ޓީވީ ޚިދުމަތާ ބެހޭ ޚާއްސަ ދަންނަވާލުމެއް
ރީބްރޯޑްކާސްޓިން ލައިސަންސް ދިނުމުގެ ޤަވާއިދަށް މޯލްޑިވްސް ބްރޯޑް ކާސްޓިންގ ކޮމިޝަން (އެމްބީސީ) އިން މިއަހަރު ގެންނެވި ބަދަލާ ގުޅިގެން ދިރާގު ޓީވީ ލައިސަންސް އައުކުރުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު ދިރާގަށް ވަނީ ބަންދުވެފައެވެ. މިކަމާ ގުޅިގެން ކަމާ ބެހޭ މުއައްސަސާތަކައި އެމްބީސީ އާއި އެކު މަޝްވަރާކުރަމުން މިދަނީ ދިރާގަށް ލައިސަންސް އައުކުރެވޭނޭ ގޮތެއް ހޯދުމަށެވެ. ނަމަވެސް މިކަމުގައި ހައްލެއް ނުލިބިއްޖެނަމަ، މިހާރު އާބާދީގެ ބޮޑު ބަޔަކަށް ދެމުން ގެންދާ ދިރާގު ޓީވީގެ ޚިދުމަތުގެ ލައިސަންސް ޖަނަވަރީ 2023 ގައި މުއްދަތު ހަމަވުމުން ރާއްޖޭގެ އެކި ކަންކޮޅުތަކުގައި ތިބި އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ކަސްޓަމަރުންނަށް ޚިދުމަތް ހުއްޓާލަން ޖެހިދާނެއެވެ

އަޅުގަނޑުމެން މި ކުރިއަށްގެންދާ މަޝްވަރާތަކުގެ ނަތީޖާއަށް ބިނާކޮށް އިތުރު މައުލޫމާތު ކަސްޓަމަރުންނާއި ޙިއްސާކުރާނެ ވާހަކަ ދަންނަވަމެވެ

ދިރާގު ޓީވީ ފެށުމާއެކު އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ކަސްޓަމަރުންގެ ފަރާތުން އެޚިދުމަތަށް ވަރަށް ހޫނު ތަރުހީބެއް ލިބިގެން ދިޔައެވެ. އަދި މިކަމަށްޓަކައި ދިރާގު ޓީވީ ރާއްޖޭގެ އެކި ކަންކޮޅުތަކުގައި ބޭނުން ކުރައްވަމުންދާ އެތައް ހާސް ކަސްޓަމަރުންނަށް ވަރަށް އިޚުލާސްތެރިކަމާއިއެކު ޝުކުރުދަންނަވަމެވެ. އަޅުގަޑުމެން ތިބޭފުޅުންނަށް ދެމުންދާ މިޚިދުމަތް ކުރިޔަށް ގެންދެވޭނޭ ގޮތެއް ވޭތޯ ބެލުމަށް އަދިވެސް މަސައްކަތް ކުރަމުން ގެންދާ ވާހަކަ ދަންނަވަމެވެ

ދިރާގު ޓީވީގެ ޚިދުމަތް ކުރުމުއްދަތެއްގެ ތެރޭގައި މިވަނީ ރަނގަޅު ފެންވަރެއް ގައި ފޯރުކޮށްދީ، އަދި އަގު ގައި އެއްވެސް ތަފާތު ކުރުމެއްނެތި 100 އަށް ވުރެ ގިނަ ޕްރިމިއަމް ޗެނަލްތައް އަލްޓްރާ ހައި ޑެފިނިޝަން ގައި ރާއްޖޭގެ %85 ގޭބިސީއަށް (90 ރަށަށް) ލިބުމުގެ މަގު ފަހިކޮށްދެވިފައެވެ. މި ފުރުސަތުގައި ކަސްޓަމަރުންގެ ފަރާތުން ކެނޑިނޭޅި ލިބެމުންދާ އެއްބާރުލުމަށް ޝުކުރު އަދާކޮށް ދިރާގު ޓީވީގެ ކާމިޔާބީއަކީ އަޅުގަނޑުމެންގެ ކަސްޓަމަރުންގެ ފަރާތުން މިޚިދުމަތަށް ލިބެމުންދާ ތަރުޙީބުކަން އުފަލާއިއެކު ފާހަގަކުރަމެވެ

Important notice regarding DhiraaguTV service
We would like to inform our customers that DhiraaguTV’s rebroadcasting license renewal has been restricted due to the changes brought to the regulation by Maldives Broadcasting Commission (MBC).

We are in discussion with the relevant authorities and MBC, seeking to reconsider the changes and allow us to renew our license in order to continue the service to our customers. However, if we fail to come to a favourable solution, DhiraaguTV service provided to our customers across the country, now covering a large part of the population will have to be suspended as our license will expire in January 2023.

Based on the discussions with the relevant authorities, we will be giving further information regarding DhiraaguTV service to customers at the earliest.

With the launch of DhiraaguTV service, we received an overwhelming amount of support from our customers. We would like to thank our customers for their continuous trust and support. We will continue to work towards finding a solution that will allow our customers to enjoy DhiraaguTV service.

DhiraaguTV has been providing more than 100 quality premium channels in ultra-high definition, available to 85% of households in 90 islands across the nation.

We would like to once again thank all our customers for their support and playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of DhiraaguTV.
