All customers are advised the GSM billing system will be out of service from the evening of Thursday 8 November to Sunday 11 November morning. This work is necessary to implement a major system upgrade.
This upgrade work will not affect any customer calls (from mobile or fixed lines).
The only impact to customers will be on Saturday 10 November when no new GSM connections or additional services can be processed. Additionally bill payment will only be accepted from those customers carrying a copy of their printed bill.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause to customers, but this is scheduled upgrade work, in order to improve the efficiency and handling capacity of our GSM Mobile service.
