Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of a Friends & Family discount scheme for fixed line residential customers offering discounts on calls to 5 numbers nominated by the customer, as follows:
International Calls | 25% discount during off-peak hours
National Calls | 10% discount between 1800 and 0559 hrs Saturday - Thursday and all day Friday
The customer can nominate fixed, mobile, fax or card phone numbers which can include up to 2 overseas numbers. These nominated numbers can be changed at the request of the customer.
The Friends and Family package will offer significant savings for customers whose majority of calls is to a few numbers usually those of their friends and family members.
The setup of the packages is FREE; however there will be a monthly fee of Rf 50. Customers can subscribe to the package by submitting a completed application form to any Dhiraagu Customer Front Office.
