The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun PLC, have resolved to propose a Final Dividend of MVR 358,720,000 (three hundred and fifty eight million seven hundred and twenty thousand rufiyaa), amounting to MVR 4.72 per ordinary share, for the financial year 2014 to be recommended for shareholders’ approval at the next AGM.

The final dividend declared by the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting will be payable to all shareholders listed in the Company’s register on the book closure day announced for the next Annual General Meeting.
