In order to make bill payment easier and faster for customers at Male' Customer Front Office Dhiraagu has introduced a drop box.
In order to make bill payment easier and faster for customers at Male' Customer Front Office Dhiraagu has introduced a drop box. This allows customers who cannot wait or want to pay their bills when the office is closed, to simply drop their payment inside the box. Customers simply:
• Complete a crossed cheque (NO CASH) in favour of Dhiraagu, for the total amount payable (including any penalty charge where applicable).
• Write bill(s) details to be paid (telephone or account numbers) with a contact name and number on the back of the cheque.
• Put the cheque in a closed envelope and place in the drop box, date and time can be printed as an option.
At 09-00hrs every working day the box will be emptied, payments will be processed and customers can pick-up a receipt after 16-00hrs on the same day from the Customer Front Office.
