We would like to inform our Dhiraagu Prepaid RED customers that we will be discontinuing Dhiraagu Prepaid RED plans effective 24 July 2021.
Prepaid RED customers will have the option to choose from any Dhiraagu Prepaid Plan or Mamen Plans available. Those customers who have not upgraded their plans by 24 July 2021 will be automatically migrated to Dhiraagu Prepaid Plan. Customers can change their packages by simply sending an SMS with the keyword to 444. To find information regarding package change, please follow the link;

Our Prepaid portfolio has significantly enhanced over the years introducing other plans such as Prepaid Combo Plans and Mamen, which offers much greater value to customers.
