Dhiraagu will be celebrating the first week of this October as the customer service week under the slogan "Dhiraagu Customer Service Week 2004 - It's All About You".

The objectives of celebrating a customer service week are to inspire an even stronger commitment to customer service excellence among all staff; demonstrate to customers Dhiraagu's commitment to excellent customer service and to recognise the important contribution of our customer facing staff to the success of Dhiraagu.

A number of activities are planned to mark the week including an Essay Writing competition, an SMS Quiz, a special Customer Evening and tours of Dhiraagu Customer Service Centre. In addition, mobile information centres will be set up at 3 locations in Male' for anyone to walk in and obtain information on existing and upcoming products of Dhiraagu.

The Customer Service Week will also be celebrated in all the Dhiraagu Regional Centres in the Atolls.
