Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of an easy way for DhiMobile Pre-Paid customers to recharge their Pre-Paid account and to check their account balance.
Using this new method, customers wanting to recharge their account do not have to make a call and wait to hear the voice prompts. Instead, they can simply press *141* followed by the 16 digit number on the back of the recharge voucher, the hash (#) key and the SEND button. Customers will see a flash message on their mobile screen and also receive a confirmation SMS when their account has been recharged.
Customers can also view their account balance on the mobile phone screen by pressing *142#SEND.
Pre-Paid Easy Recharge is a FREE service and can be used by all Pre-Paid customers from today.
