We have been notified by the providers of our international bandwidth for Internet service, that a major maintenance work is planned on the SEA-ME-WE-4 system from 23 – 28 Feb 2016. During this work, some of the circuits providing connectivity to the global internet service from Dhiraagu may be interrupted.

We have taken measures to mitigate this by acquiring additional capacity on alternative routes. However, during the work a possible degradation of internet service may be experienced. We will be closely monitoring the impact and further measures will be taken to minimize the impact.

Whilst we are taking measures to reduce the impact on customers, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers using Dhiraagu Internet service.
