    Degradation To DhiMobile Service - 15/11/2003
    Dhiraagu wishes to advise all customers that due to an unexpected complication following the essential upgrade work done yesterday, customers are experiencing a degradation in DhiMobile service.

    During this time customers calling a mobile number may hear the announcement, 'The number you dialed is either switched off or not in range. Please call again later', even when the called mobile is switched on and in the coverage area.

    As a related issue, customers using our Missed Call Alert service may receive missed call alert messages even when their phone is kept switched on.

    We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause our customers. Please be assured that Dhiraagu Engineers are working continuously to correct these problems as soon as possible.
