Dhiraagu wishes to apologize to all its customers for the degradation of DhiMobile service last evening.
The degradation was caused due to an unexpected technical problem faced during the ongoing major project to increase the capacity and quality of DhiMobile service.
The cause of the problem has now been identified and corrected by Dhiraagu engineers in the early hours of today. Please be assured that every effort was taken to restore service back to normal as quickly as possible and steps have already been taken to minimize such an occurrence in the future.
The ongoing Rf60 million project to reduce the network congestion levels in Male' and to increase the mobile switch capacity to 155,000 customers will be completed by the end of April.
Once again we apologise to our customers for the recent problems and assure you that we will minimise disruption to our service where at all possible during this upgrade project. We appreciate your patience and understanding over the next few days.
