    Degradation of our Internet services due to a problem caused to major submarine cable systems between Egypt and France
    Dhiraagu wishes to inform all our customers that due to a problem caused to major submarine cable systems between Egypt and France, our internet customers may experience a slower than normal service when accessing some internet websites.

    We will inform the customers as soon as the cable issue is resolved and service returns to normal.

    We would like to further advice customers that Dhiraagu's IDD and Internet services are least affected due to this outage as we continue to provide the service using east bound alternative routes.
