We would like to inform our customers that that SMW4 cable system, which also carries some of the internet traffic to Dhiraagu, suffered a cable cut off the coast of Egypt.

Hence, customers using Internet service may experience some difficulties with browsing and using online services hosted hosted overseas.

To alleviate the difficulties faced to the customers we are working with our international partners to divert traffic through alternative routes.

We will keep our customers informed as we know more about the restoration work that is underway in that region.
