    Customer Service Applications
    Recently there has been a considerable increase in subscription fraud by customers applying for service. Specifically individuals had obtained services from Dhiraagu with no intention of paying.

    As a result of the above, tighter credit control procedures have been introduced on all new customer applications. Obviously, this may increase the processing checks and waiting times for new customers, which although we regret such inconvenience, there is little other alternative.

    However, these changes will not affect existing good customers applying for services.
