Dhiraagu provides all customers a monthly bill FREE of charge, and e-Bill service FREE so customers can view bill details, on-line and print any information required.
Bills are delivered to the address advised by customers, with three attempts made, then a post card is left to advise customers. It is very important customers advise Dhiraagu promptly of any change to their address, to ensure bills are delivered on time, to the correct address.
Effective 1 February 2002, if customers request additional copies of a bill, a charge of Rf 2 for the first 2 pages and Rf 1 for each subsequent page will be made. This change has been made in an effort to reduce the amount of paper and printing materials imported into the Maldives so we are friendlier to our environment.
In Male' public e-Bill service is provided at 3rd Floor, Dhiraagu Finance Department, STO Trade Centre, and from 01 March 2002 at Dhiraagu Customer Front Office 19, Medhuziyaaraiy Magu.
