Shareholders who have to date not received the dividend declared by the Company on 30 August 2012 of MVR 3.66 per ordinary share can collect their dividend payments from Dhiraagu Head Office (DHO), Ameenee Magu, Male’ starting from 26th November 2012.

Shareholders who have not received the dividend payment will be contacted by the Investor Relations Department (via SMS or phone call). Shareholders are required to present their National ID. Card or Passport at DHO for verification prior to collection of payment.

Where a representative is appointed to collect the payment on behalf of the Shareholder, the representative must present the following at DHO for collection of payment:

• Authorization letter signed by the Shareholder bearing the National ID. No. of Shareholder and the Name and National ID. No. of the representative collecting the payment); and
• Copy of National ID. Card or Passport of the Shareholder; and
• National ID. Card or Passport of representative collecting the payment.
• Where the Shareholder is a minor, the guardian of the minor Shareholder must present the following at the DHO for collection of payment:
• Guardian must present his/her National ID. Card or Passport; and
• Original or copy of the National ID. Card or Passport or Birth Certificate of the minor Shareholder.
• Where the Shareholder is a company, the representative appointed by the company must present the following at the DHO for collection of payment:
• Authorization letter bearing the company stamp/seal and the Name and National ID. No. of the representative collecting the payment; and
•National ID. Card or Passport of representative collecting the payment.
