Dhiraagu wishes to inform that with effect from 01 August 2007, Reverse Directory Service will be made available to all Fixedline, Mobile Post-paid and Prepaid customers by default with the exception of those who subscribe to Unlisted Number Service, which is available for Dhiraagu Fixed and Mobile Post–paid customers.

Reverse Directory service enables customers to obtain the name and address from the Directory Enquiry Service by providing the phone number. All Mobile Postpaid and Prepaid customers who require Forward Directory Service will need to request for the service and will be listed without any charges.

Forward Directory Service is a service where customers could list their numbers to be made available when their name and address is given. Dhiraagu Fixed line customers will have both Forward and Reverse Directory Service by default. Customers who subscribe for Unlisted Number Service will not be listed in the Directory Enquiry Services.
