Please be advised that the billing period of all Dhiraagu fixed services for residential and government customers in the northern and central regions, will be changed to the calendar month starting with the February 2010 bill.

With this change Dhiraagu customers will receive both mobile and fixed services bills closer together. This billing date change affects all residential and government customers who were previously billed for telephone and Internet usage from the middle of one month to the middle of the next. Further details will be provided along with the new bills.

In order to facilitate the new schedule, we will be producing an initial bill for the period 15 December 2009 to 31 January 2010, the distribution of which will commence during the third week of February.

Following this change, Dhiraagu customers will have the benefit of receiving all their monthly Dhiraagu bills within days of one another and towards the beginning of the month. We are always looking at ways of improving our service to customers.
