We would like to inform you that the following key changes will come into effect from 24 August 2023 with regard to the SIM Regulation (2023/R-136) published by the Communications Authority of Maldives (CAM).

1. Maldivian nationals and sole proprietorships registered in the Maldives can apply for and use a maximum of ten (10) mobile numbers.
2. Tourists, expatriate employees, and foreign nationals can apply for and use a maximum of three (3) mobile numbers.
3. The limitation on the provisioning of mobile numbers does not apply to companies, firms, and government authorities.

In order to check the total number of mobile numbers registered under your name, you may conveniently visit our portal at https://myservices.dhiraagu.com.mv. If you have more mobile numbers than the limit allowed, you can decide how to take action on those mobile numbers on or before 24 November 2023 through the portal.

If you do not take any action during this period, Dhiraagu will take the necessary action to be in compliance with the regulation after 24 November 2023.
