    Advance Payment and Part-Payment of Bills
    Dhiraagu would like to advise all customers that effective 19 September 2002 Dhiraagu will start accepting advance payments for bills.

    With this change DhiMobile deposit customers will be able manage their usage better and can avoid service disconnection due to exceeding the deposit level. Customers who wish to make advance payments can find out their outstanding amounts from any Dhiraagu Customer Front Office.

    Also from 19 September 2002, Dhiraagu will start accepting part-payment of bills from all customers. However, customers should note Dhiraagu may take action on service provided, where outstanding balances exist. Customers are advised to keep their receipts for future reference.

    Dhiraagu takes this opportunity to remind customers that delays in settling amounts due to Dhiraagu may result in disruptions to service provided and a late payment charge may be applied.

    Customers are also reminded that in case of abnormal usage Dhiraagu will take all reasonable steps to inform the customer and take appropriate action in order to protect customers and Dhiraagu from unnecessary exposure.
