Please be informed that, following the election of Asiath Rilweena as the Public Director of the Board of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc ("Dhiraagu"), the Board has approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee to satisfy quorum requirements and ensure continued compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Audit Committee's Terms of Reference.

The Audit Committee now comprises of:
