Please be informed that the public shareholders of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc (Dhiraagu) elected Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Didi to represent the Public Shareholders on the Board of Directors of Dhiraagu on 24 March 2022 at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors of Dhiraagu has now been reconstituted as follows:
