Please be informed that following the changes made to the BTC Islands Limited (Beyon) nominated Directors on the Board of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc (“Dhiraagu”) on 07 January 2026, the Board has approved the appointment of Andrew Kvålseth, Non-executive Director, as the Deputy Chairperson of the Board.

This appointment has been made to ensure regulatory compliance and in accordance with the Articles of Association of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc, and is effective from 29 January 2026.
