Please be informed that following the resignation of Mr Murad Ali Murad from Dhiraagu Board of Directors, the Board of Bahrain Telecommunications Company Plc (Batelco) have appointed Mr AbdulRahman Yusuf Bin Yusuf Fakhro to the Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc (“Dhiraagu”) on 1 March 2014 as a Non-Executive Directors:
