The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun PLC, have resolved to propose a final dividend of MVR 356,440,000 (three hundred and fifty six million four hundred and forty thousand) amounting to MVR 4.69 per ordinary share, for the financial year 2015, to be recommended for shareholders approval at the next AGM.

With the Interim Dividend of MVR 4.84 per ordinary share already declared in 2015, a total dividend of MVR 9.53 per share is proposed for the financial year 2015.

The final dividend will be payable to all shareholders listed in the Company’s register on the book closure day announced for the next Annual General Meeting.
