The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc have approved Maldivian Rufiyaa 1.66 per ordinary share amounting to a total dividend of MVR.126,160,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Hundred and Twenty Six Million and One Hundred and Sixty Thousand) to be declared and paid out as Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022. This Interim Dividend shall be payable to all shareholders listed on the company’s register as at 4:00 pm on 10 August 2022 (Book Closure date).
This declaration has been made in accordance with the Standing Resolution to Declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022 passed by the Shareholders at the Company’s 33rd Annual General Meeting held on the 24 March 2022 granting the authority to the Board of Directors of the Company to approve and declare an interim dividend in accordance with the Company’s Dividend Policy.
