ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun
Plc have approved Maldivian Rufiyaa 4.14 per ordinary share amounting to a
total dividend of 314,640,000 (Maldivian Rufiyaa three hundred and fourteen
million six hundred and forty thousand) to be declared and paid out as Interim
Dividend for the financial year 2019.
This Interim Dividend of Maldivian Rufiyaa 4.14 per ordinary share
will be payable to all shareholders listed in the company’s register as at 4:00
pm on 03 August 2019.
This declaration has been made in accordance with
the Standing Resolution to Declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019
passed by the Shareholders at the Company’s 30th Annual General
Meeting held on the 25 April 2019 granting the authority to the Board of
Directors of the Company to approve and declare an interim dividend in
accordance with the Company’s Dividend Policy during the Financial Year 2019.
