The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc have approved Maldivian Rufiyaa 5.96 per ordinary share amounting to a total dividend of 452,960,000 (Maldivian Rufiyaa four hundred fifty two million nine hundred sixty thousand) to be declared and paid out as Interim Dividend for the financial year 2018. 

This Interim Dividend of Maldivian Rufiya 5.96 per ordinary share will be payable to all shareholders listed in the company’s register as at 4:00 pm on 29 July 2018. 

This declaration has been made in accordance with the Standing Resolution to Declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2018 passed by the Shareholders at the Company’s 29^th Annual General Meeting held on the 14 May 2018 granting the authority to the Board of Directors of the Company to approve and declare an interim dividend in accordance with the Company’s Dividend Policy during the Financial Year 2018.
