The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc have approved MVR 5.92 per ordinary share amounting to a total dividend of MVR 449,920,000 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Four Hundred and Forty Nine Million, Nine Hundred and Twenty Thousand) to be declared and paid out as Interim Dividend for the financial year 2016.

This Interim Dividend of MVR 5.92 per ordinary share will be payable to Shareholders registered with the Company at 1600hrs on the 10th of August 2016 (Wednesday) in respect of shares registered then in their names.

This declaration has been made in accordance with the Standing Resolution to Declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2016 passed by the Shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on the 26th of April 2016 granting the authority to the Board of Directors of the Company to approve and declare an interim dividend in accordance with the Company’s Dividend Policy during the Financial Year 2016.
